The Mentors

Rob Ransom is a third-year student at Rutgers University School of Law. Prior to law school, he attended Howard University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in political science. Following law school, Mr. Ransom plans to practice law in the Philadelphia metropolitan area.

Tyree Watkins is a professional athlete with the Arena Football League. He attended Duke University and earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology. He is currently pursuing his masters degree in elementary education.

Donte Dickerson is a student at Wilmington University in pursuit of his bachelor’s degree in mass media communications. He holds an associate’s degree in journalism and is currently a corporate lease agent and property manager with The Galman Group.

Donte Coleman is a paralegal with the Internal Revenue Service-Office of Chief Counsel. He graduated from Howard University with a bachelors in economics and also earned an M.S. in public policy from Georgia State University.

Melvin Little is a systems engineer with Lockheed Martin. He graduated from Penn State University with a Masters in Information Science and earned his bachelors in electrical and computer engineering from Rutgers University.

Anthony Ferguson is human resources generalist with ReSearch Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. He graduated from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in sociology.

Lloyd Freeman is an attorney with the law firm, Archer & Greiner, P.C. headquartered in Haddonfield, NJ. He earned his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law and a bachelors degree in international marketing from Howard University.

David Lynch is the assistant director of human resources for The Ritz Carlton Hotel Company. He attended Temple University and earned his bachelors degree in hospitality management.

Maurice Pearsall is a grant manager at the Philadelphia Department of Public Health. He earned his bachelors degree from New York University and an MBA from Regents College in London.
